I had a session with a personal trainer and I pushed to hard, I have been so sore for 2 days, to the point where I was not able to lift my 6 month old :-( I have been pushing and pushing to get myself to where I want to be, I really want to do this but I have to figure out how to "focus" on more than one thing at a time. no matter what I want for me I can't leave my family behind. My husband has been so supportive, watching the kids after working all day so that I can go to the gym, I owe him so much!

I feel so focused, I am surprised that my fear of failure hasn't kicked in, very hopeful that I am going to get back to the person I want to be!

so sore today... but I am not going to let that stop me, just gotta keep thinking YES! I know it isn't going to be easy to get to where I want to be, and I am ready to fight!
