Thanks to getting ill and not feeling hungry I guess I dropped some weight... not the right way to do it, but I will take it :P

Well...
Stress really does not help me loose weight. Apparently I am a 'stress eater' and I had lots of that the last 7 weeks.
My dad died in an accident and I had to sort out, not only the funeral or paperwork for my mom (which is still not done), but also moved from england back to germany and had to search for a job.
Normal life is slowly coming back, so I thought I might as well restart my whole diet. This isn't the heaviest I have ever been, but I am getting close to it.
So I hope everything will go a bit more smoothly from now on.

Going strong!
Keeping up with drinking 3 Litres of water and tea every day, as well as reaching my 1300 calories (without going over or much under).
Since I am not allowed to go under 1250 anymore, because that stalled my diet and is unhealty its been a lot harder making food... I even have to eat sweets most days to up my count XD
Which well... I don't necessarily regret, i LOVE sweets!
But here is a little something I made for my appetite~
Eggs with garlic couscous and mustard sauce.
It might not look the greatest, but I really love it
and only 289 calories
