Considering using this site for my journal entries and food journal. I weigh 177.6 today after 6-7 months of ups and downs and not really losing much overall. I started SBD 15 days ago after almost a year following WW mostly on, but some periods of off and up to 190lbs again at the worst. Weighed 188.3 on 5/28/14 when I started SBD. My original goal is 150lbs. May change that to 140, 135 or 130 depending on how I look and feel after 150lbs. Hope to also start an exercise program after 150lb goal is met.
