So excited to get rolling and feeling better. I woke up one morning and the scale said 200 lbs and I about lost my cookies. I'm only 5'3 with a small frame and have never been that heavy. WAKE UP CALL! I have just started on KETO diet and seems to be working just having a hard time finding creative ways to get right fats into my days. I gave myself a jump-start by doing the 5 day KETO soup diet and now its time to get serious about reaching ketosis (lord knows I have plenty of fat on reserve for this venture)
Staring weight : 200
My weight now : 185 (Oct 18th)
Goal weight : 155
