Yesterday I exercised 30 min walking at 4.0 to 4.2 mph . Didn't eat too bad . Egg whites for breakfast , nuts and fruit for snacks throughout the day . 1/2 a mojo bar and 2 crab cakes for dinner. My only down fall 3 pieces go dove dark chocolate
