Low back rehab is going good. Popped it at 335lbs on my 5th rep on squats. Not a good thing but it's better now. Staying with the program to rehab till I hit 300lbs again the switch to Texas Method.
Farmer's handle's are working wonders. 10mins of a few rounds up and down gives you more conditioning cardiovascular wise than any stupid treadmill or elliptical.
Do you sit down and stand up every day? Do you put things on shelves overhead? Do you pick stuff off the floor? Do you want to be able to do this when you're old one day?
Then lift heavy weights and quit walking/running on a treadmill.
Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Overhead Press, Chinups/pullups, Dips and prowler or Farmer's Walks are all the conditioning you need to get strong and conditioned.
I'll prove it.
