Unfortunately, on this website there is no way to add in anaerobic exercise into the fitness calculator. I've done more than jog 10min. I did 20minutes of squats, crunches, jumping jacks, etc. What a bummer. At least I know I got in some fitness, despite the lack of representation on this website.
