Am so excited I have never lost this much in a week with all those other diets. Am sticking to this one for ever. Though I had an MRE for lunch on Sunday and some cookies on Monday. Sunday was a bad day too coz I was moody and frustrated but I found out why Monday morning so am gd now. Plus God has been gd to me, he is making all my struggles go away Amen

On average I eat 960 calories with high fat that is only lunch and dinner. But after eating lunch I am full for the rest of the day and my stomach is bulging. I eat dinner when am not hungry but I have to because I fast until 1200. I don't know what to do about my bulging stomach which makes me so uncomfortable.
