Today I weighed myself and I lost 2 pounds. I'm not sure if I really believe it though because my weight fluctuates. I started my monthly visitor today and I should be gaining weight. So maybe I lost maybe 3 pounds, or nothing at all. Who knows.
I had a really great workout today though. About 45 minutes. I'm not sure if I'm in really good shape though because my face is still red. It's been about an hour and 15 minutes since I stopped. I know, I should drink more water. Ugh. There's so many rules and commitments to losing weight. I'm just glad it's happening for me. I wonder if I start losing weight continuously, it'll just end up falling off. Haha. Don;t we all wish it was that simple.
I found a list of foods that help boost your metabolism. Also a list of exercises that target specific areas. I might post them in a blog later on today. I also found thinspo on Tumblr to be very helpful in a cruel, blunt, let reality sink in, type of way.
If anyone has any good exercises to help with the thighs, butt, muffin tops, etc. let me know please!

So, today is my first day of Fat Secret. I have tried other weight loss sites in the past and I end up stop coming to the site. Well, this time I am going to be dedicated to my weight loss. I have been overweight since I was 10 years old. I had an over eating problem. I would come home from school and go to kitchen and looking back on it, it's disgusting. I would bring out a bag of popcorn, chips, cookies, a whole 2 liter of soda, crackers, chocolate... And I would sit there and eat it all.
Since July of 2012, I have lost 50 pounds. But not in a good way. In December of 2011, I started purging. By March it had gotten so bad I was even purging up water. I knew I became what I never wanted to. I would shake and pass out. I always had a burning throat. It's not fun. But, I stick to it.
I guess my first small goal is to start eating a little bit. Maybe only purge 4 times a week instead of 4 times a day. I really hope I can do this.
I know this site isn't for bulimics, but it is for losing weight. I think it would help be become healthier too though. By healthier, I mean eating normally again. Wish me luck!
