a. 50g white fish, without oil

a. 1 can of tuna in whater
b. 1/4 cup of tomatos
c. 3 lemons (juice)
d. 3 corn tortillas
e. 1 apple
MEAL 5:
a. 1/2 cup black beans (boiled)
b. 1/2 cup carrots
c. 1/4 cup grapes
d. 2 lemons (juice)
MEAL 6:

c. 3 cloves of garlic (raw smashed)
