Thanks to those who commented before:-)

I'm not sure exactly what food triggers affect me. I just know hunger drives me to eat.

Anyway... I've done bad these few days and weight is back to 264. I'm resolving myself to find a more specific diet to stick with; as opposed to merely counting calories.

This is difficult and confusing. Every diet it seems is touted as the end all cure all..... While being slammed as being ineffective and bad for health. I genuinely do not know what to do. I know being fat sucks. I'm tired of the snide remarks and smart comments about my girth. It also sickens me that the skinniest people always have the solution to weight loss. Despite having the seeming ability to do nothing and eat anything and remain thin.

2 days in a row... consumed more calories than burned.

Ok... deep breath.... start over in the morning.

In one way I am totally glad I ate what I wanted. In another way.... guilty.

Food shouldn't have this much control.
