Doing OK. I have been doing Atkins about one week. It is the easiest way to maintain one's weight. It is restrictive, but I have done it before. I am moving in about a week! I am getting a brand new condo. I am so glad, and I will be on a bus route that goes right to my nearby gym, so I will get swimming there pretty much daily. I have arthritis badly enough that I can't always work out. I am self-publishing three books in 2015. They are done. I am having a former schoolteacher I know edit them. I hope everyone is well. I am OK. I know I will get on the site here more in 2015. My life has been in a sort of limbo - waiting to move - and it is going to happen next week the way things look now.

Doing OK. It is just so cold outside. I will find out if I am moving this week - and where. I will bid on other property (if I have to) as there have been issues with the loan. Anyway, I will be moved in a few months at the latest. My life has been in limbo for two months, and because of the stress I have gotten zero writing done. I thought I would be moved by mid-October. A whole lot of nonsense. Dieting going OK. Once I move I will be closer to the gym - wherever I go.

Doing OK. I am trying low carb (again) but I should be going to the gym regularly to swim soon as I will be moving in the next few months to a better location. The site here is a bit slower than years ago, the way the site is set up now is less user friendly. It used to go right to one's diet section with the comments, so everyone saw their friends' posts right away... but in time people get off of here or got off of here - lured by FB or other diet sites. I found journaling daily in the past did get me to be more in tune with my dieting, so for those of you just starting out on here - stick with it. And to maintain the best way is to journal about it too... I gained weight later by not journaling for months on end. I would like to be below 220 by spring, and I think I can do it.

I am doing OK. I ate some pie a female friend brought over, but back to doing low carb. I will be moving nearer to the local gym. I will swim there as much as possible. Winter snow is here already... it is cold out tonight. I think I can lose twenty pounds by April - sure of it - I have done it in the past. Carbs are my downfall - I know that. I need to stop eating potatoes when going out too. I need to substitute it for another lower carb vegetable.

Doing OK. I should be moving soon. I will get a treadmill for wintertime especially. Otherwise, on track. Eating less and less carbs. I will eliminate all fruit soon to lose faster. I did some packing this evening. Tomorrow I will do some more. I went out to eat, ate broccoli instead of potatoes. On the right track anyway.
