I am reading some of the entries and I am not a specialist on this by no means, but I am looking at this weight issue with a different eye. This isn't a DIET! This is a new way or lifestyle. I am learning for the first time, the right way to eat and why I need food. Before I wasn't eating enough protein, I wasn't eating breakfast, I would just pick up anything whenever. But now....I am on track as to what I should have been doing all along. This isn't just for a month or 2. This is my new life, plus now I exercise and keep active. What I love the best is looking at the foods I am eating and seeing what the foods contain!!

Very motivated to achieve a healthy lifestyle which will in turn help me to obtain a weight that is ideal for my body type. I find that logging the foods and seeing the actual breakdown makes me realize what I am eating and where I can cut here and there and not put strains on my system because of malnutrition. Forcing myself to eat a breakfast which contains a protein has given me energy that I was missing for so many years. I am always excited to see if a food that I have eaten is in the system. This system also shows me the amount of calories and fat that are in processed foods and restaurants. I am also logging in another website using tools from both to get all information possible to help me become healthier.
