Two days without eating after 8:30pm. I almost gave in last night. I fall asleep and then wake up and want to eat. It's terrible.

Feeling very frustrated. Can not seem to lose that last 7-10 lbs. I was stuck at the same weight for over a week and now I have gone up 2 lbs (133.9). I was hoping to be at 130 lbs when I saw my family today. I have felt so uncomfortable with my weight since having my baby. I feel like everyone is looking at me and thinking, "wow,she really let herself go". Why is it taking so long this time? When I did Atkins over 10 years ago the weight just fell right off.
