I'm baaack! My last weigh in was about 2 1/2 years ago! Funny to say I've maintained my weight well! Here's to a new beginning and new goals!

Been on a smoothie kick,
Bananas, strawberries, blueberries, mango, peach, pineapple, kiwi
kale, spinach, greens
Yogurt, orange juice, coconut water

Still just watching portion size,
family is visiting over the summer so unfortunately there's a lot of
trips to restaurants and I'm unable to cook most of the time,
so even though the food I'm eating is unhealthy, I only eat a little
and I usually have fresh fruits on hand for snacks in between~

Been away from FS for maybe 2 months.. I gave up for awhile, I won't lie.
I'd like to come back and still work towards my goal, I miss the support from everyone here.
I struggle with depression and anxiety as well as undiagnosed ADHD that I have been trying to get help for unsuccessfully, which in turn makes the depression worse at times. Causes me to hide away and remove myself socially from all aspects of my life.
I feel like I don't have any sort of control over my life except for what I eat and drink and half the time I don't even have the mental energy to care about what I put inside me.
Everything's a struggle.
