I’m pretty much back up to where I started, after a long weekend of visiting friends, and going out for meals, and no exercise apart from walking, as I felt so lethargic from less calories. I’m going to have to find away to get exercise motivated again and quick. Even now after taking 5 days off of exercise I still feel very low on energy 😢

This was so tasty, I wish I could have it everyday. Unfortunately, my Yorkshire puddings are always hit and miss, and it’s not often they turn out well enough to eat.

I’ll weigh in tomorrow but I expect my weight to be interesting as so far this weekend I’ve basically eaten pizza, burgers and drank Coffee. My jog on Monday will be torture 😰
