So I'm still hanging in there with my LCHF way of eating (not just a diet, a new way of life) and my appetite has really gone away. Some days I'm just not hungry! I hope to start adding in some exercise soon but time is hard to spare these days : ( I guess I need to learn how to MAKE time for myself?

So I have been sticking with my LCHF eating plan and not cheating at all!!!!! I'm actually proud of myself because I had lots of temptations tossed at me and I ignored them!!!! Pat myself on the back!!!!!
