I've decided not to go on any fad. I'm a smart girl and know plenty about nutrition to eat right. My fat intake looks high but that's because I eat nuts, cheese, and yogurt...so I'm not tripping 'cause at least it's the good fat. I can do this! 45 days 'til Aida's beach wedding in Puerto Vallarta and a month later in Maui with my Steve-O and his parents! 212 and I'm counting down...Steve's agreed to hide my scale and only let me weigh in every other week. That's probably a good thing, so now I'll have to go by how my clothes is fitting better!
