Really happy to see my weight continue downward. I have to own up to a McDonalds takeaway last night though.

Held my weight steady this week. Very proud of how I am beginning to think about what I am eating, and how much I am eating. Went out for dinner at an extremely lovely Italian restaurant last night, and refused dessert, even after looking at the menu and watching other peoples delights being bought to the table.
