I have been exercising and on and off again dieting. I have taken just about every supplement and tried almost all diets. Not until recently have I discovered a way to exercise quickly and eat healthier while having a nice dinner on the town along with a few drinks often. It is all about balance, portions, quick effective exercises along with quality supplements.

NO CARBS!
The first report was very gray to me and used the word "may' a lot. To me it seemed a bit inconclusive. The second actually had a documented study. The second would have been better if there was a true breakdown of deaths caused by smoking. It doesn't mention if there was a placebo. Its confusing if all were on a whole grain diet and the percentage that died after factoring smoking that the deaths were caused by CVD. Just seems incomplete to me.

SandraALCF Very interesting read. Even though I agree that minimal carbohydrates and high fat consumption is not healthy long-term both articles seemed incomplete to me...
