Its a new year! Time for a new me! I just read that our bodies could be reacting to some of the foods that we eat everyday. WOW!! Blew my mind!!! I'm gonna try this new "virgin diet" and see if I see any improvements.

I am trying to use this website to document my weight loss journey. I have considered going as far as standing in The Biggest Loser long long lines to be considered as a contestant on their show. I do NOT want to leave my family, house, or daily routine to go have someone yell in my face to lose weight. Let alone have someone pry into my deepest most secrete feelings, or thoughts for ALL of the world to hear and see. I can do this without all of that drama. So with that, here we go.......
