Not keto bombs! haha this is pemmican! I was looking for easy keto food for camping this spring. Saw this and decided to try it. I like it. 3lbs of dried meat blended into a powder mixed with half a pound of lard. The one on the right turned out better.

Falling off the bandwagon is difficult. I will persevere! No more dicking around I'm doing this 100% at least till I'm fat adapted. I'll then decide if I want to continue or not. Also losing weight and getting shredded isn't all that bad I guess...even though I'm trying to gain weight xD haha. Have a good weekend everyone.

Definitely had some massive cravings today, so I indulged with some milk and Doritos and kiwis and a chocolate torte from Easter. The difference in fullness from this meal compared to yesterday is the HUGE amount of bloating. Really after eating the chips which I was craving so bad, the after taste was disappointing.
That's my cheat I guess, I'm glad it went the way it did, kinda makes me not want any of that garbage anymore.
