Today went surprisingly well. Calorie-intake-wise, I didn't consume a ton of calories, but that was mostly because I didn't around to dinner in time (I refuse to eat meals after about 8ish). I definitely ate a lot during the first half of the day. I did the entire Jillian Michael's No More Trouble Zones DVD for an hour, and nothing is as satisfying as sweating your ass off like that. Let's hope tomorrow is a success and that this soreness goes away from Monday's workout. (Yea, I'm amazingly out of shape these days.)

On the plus side, I did look skinnier to myself during the workout (we have a huge mirror downstairs in the workout area). I attribute this to getting 8+ hours of sleep lately. I am in between jobs, so I have all the time in the world to sleep in. However, I start my new job on Monday, so I am curious to see how well I do fitting the workouts in with the healthy eating. I just need to plan more effectively and get myself into a routine.
