I have stop working out and is back to my bad habits. I have manage to cut out snacking during meals. I am feeling sluggish but is trying to eat better. My clothes are getting loose especially my pants. I need to do abs routines to work on my core.

Tuesday 9-30-14. I wear size 14 pants and L and XL top. Problem area biceps and triceps. Core, waistline, love handles. What Exercise can I do to loose the weight in the problem area. need to burn 500 plus calories per day.

It is August 14, 2014. I am 220 pound and I need to fit into a size 12 comfortably, feel healthy, and work out regularly. My goal is to loose 40 pounds and keep it off. I plan to archive this by November 30, 2014, 2-3 pounds per week for 15 weeks. I need proper sneakers and comfortable work out clothes and a meal plan. Dear God please help me to archive this goal in the NAME OF JESUS. AMEN.

I calculated over 2500 calories intake yesterday 8/12/2013. I had coffie with cream and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast. 1800/3 = 600 calories Per meal plus figure out what it takes to burn 200-300 calories a day doing regular activities. Let give do this Francine.
