Tried quest bars for the first time and they're in my opinion extremely overhyped. At first taste it was like eating straight dense protein powder. The texture and taste were both disagreeable. I had heard about popping them in the microwave because I thought it might solve the texture problem and it turned into a crispy like cookie. It was must easier to eat that way but there was little to no flavor besides the strong protein taste. And for the price I don't understand why these are so popular? Is it just the macros? I tried the chocolate chip cookie flavor.

I reached my first mini goal of 250 and my next mini goal is 225. A little bit at a time will keep me going. So far 35.2 pounds down it's been slow but its going so I'm happy!
