Just took a health assessment at work. I've got my Cholesterol, Glucose, blood pressure, and BMI. No surprise, I'm "obese".
July 1st, I begin being healthy. Enough junk food, enough being sedentary! If I could quit smoking cold turkey, I can do this! Bring it on!
