Ate a bunch of food that was bad for me for NYE and drank a ton. Doesn't help me with my weight goals, but you gotta cut loose once in a while!

Went to the Sentry gym after work with the intentions of lifting weights. The weight area was crowded with dependents (college kids). Most of the benches were being used all the time.
I don't like the little weight area at sentry - even if there's only one or two people in there it feels cramped and crowded.
I used a chest press machine and didn't like it. I used some back machines, which are fine, and ended up going on the Treadmill / Elliptical for the rest of the time.
