Had a good day yesterday and done loads of walking, made the chicken curry and used low fat coconut milk. So far today, done all my washing and had my porridge with a little, just a little maple syrup.
Looked through the challenge and congratulated people who I think have done amazingly well. Here to being good for the rest of the day.

Going out for dinner tonight, but I am cooking the chicken curry, so using low fat coconut milk and only having a very small portion.
Walked quite a bit today and hopefully will be up to go to the gym in the morning

So pleased that I lost 2 1/2lbs this week. I could have done better it I had done some exercise,so this week I'll be really trying.

Had a reasonable day yesterday, hopefully it will be rewarded by a loss tomorrow.

I just hope I lose something this week, but I know I must increase my exercise. Was really good yesterday weigh in not till Saturday, so if I up my walking and go to the gym tomorrow morning I might just get a result fingers crossed
