Have not been on track for several months or recording here. Have been disgusted with myself and over indulged. This crap has to stop. So my goal for July is to lose 5 pounds, get back on track, record, and stop buying turtle pecan D.Q. Blizzards.

Haven't weighed in for several weeks. Nor kept track of meals. Disgusted with myself. Time to get back on track, no more mindless eating.
