My name is Felecia Rose and I'm a medical researcher specializing in nutrition and obesity. I'm author of the Stop Fighting diet which I'm about to release in its third edition This edition contains breaking research on the science of food addiction. I'm working with Yale University's Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity director Kelley Brownell to build an online support community with food addiction. Non-profits.
The Stop Fighting diet is relevant to this research because it breaks fatty food addiction.
OK -- I'm only 10 pounds overweight with the release of this third edition of my book. The Stop Fighting diet works best for people with 25 or more pounds of weight to lose. During the first 10 days of this diet, people in this category lost 10 pounds of body fat by managing fat calorie intake. The entire diet is a 100-day program of fat calorie intake management. During this time, there are no restrictions on quantity calories, just management of when to eat fat calories. Obese people lose 40 pounds during this 100 day program.
We're looking for people with 25 or more pounds of weight to lose as study participants in the development of our support community for people with food addiction. You will be assessed for food addiction as determined by the Yale Food Addiction Scale questionnaire.
