I am an "insta Dad" to 3 beautiful children and a new father to my first baby girl. I have a gorgeous wife who already has a bald husband, she will not have a Fat AND Bald husband. Being a larger man people usually don't believe me when I say I have NEVER watched an entire Football game on TV so don't ask me about the game last night, however if you want to talk about the cooking show last night we can chat. :) I have a very robust understanding of health and fitness, last year I won the Masters Physique championship in Salt Lake City and I am currently prepping for another show.
