I bought Jillian Michael's 30 day shred on a whim because it was so cheap and I had heard good things about it. I'm on day three right now. It's hard to sit, stand, walk...but at the same time, I've never felt so good. I've worked out before and always felt tired and unmotivated afterwards. For years I've heard that working out gives you renewed energy, releases endorphins, and all around improves your quality of life. I have never felt that after a work out...until now. I'm in quite a bit of pain, but I FEEL really good; better than I've felt in years (after day 3!!). I need to remember this feeling every morning when I put on that DVD.
