Okay..gained 1.2 lb. A little frustrated, cause I worked hard at the gym, and other than a couple of little things, I ate relativley well.
It might be just down to the 'time of the month' (to much info, I know!)but either way, I need to be even better this week! I don't intend to starve myself, and I was planning to take this slowly, but I think I need to work that little bit harder and hopefully this time next week I'll have something to celebrate!!!

Great...
Woke up this morning, and could barely move. Have hurt the bottom of my back, bending down hurts really bad:( So was plannign to go to a dance class tonight, there's that out the window, and am just praying it will get better before tomorrow, cause 6 hours of waitressing on it will not be a treat.
Weigh-in tomorrow :D I went to the gym twice, and ate realtivley well during the week (couple of little indulgences, but overall..) so hoping for a couple of lb.
And praying my back gets better!!!!

Today was my beautiful friend Karen's baby shower. So we had a buffet dinner thing for her, and I did indulge a little...though I didn't actually eat as much as I usually would in that kind of situation..
So happy for the weekend, off to sleep for 24 hours.
(though in reality, I do plan to go for my first outdoor run in months tomorrow. Wish me luck!)

Well...2.2 lb! Considering how little exercise I've been able to do this week, I'm happy with that.
Now I reckon I'll be going for around 4 lb next week, stricter diet and hitting the gym.

Ahh weigh in tomorrow!
I'm not expecting much, a lb or 2 would be great, since I was pretty good during the week. But I haven't been well enough to exercise and I've had a few blow-outs (there's far too much rubbish from christmas still in the house!) so I'm not sure.
We'll see!
