Today I fixed my wife our favorite "Pineapple (originally orange) Glazed Pork Chops" and "Green Beans with Bacon-Brown Sugar Dressing".

The Glaze is made from pinaple juice from a can of chunk pinapple. Pinapple is reserved for another recipe later this week. We also used splenda brown sugar instead of real brown sugar. So this is still a low carb glaze. The green beans were supposed to have maple syrup but I sub'd splenda brown sugar again. It tasted the same and the apple cider vinigar gives it a real punch.

My Daughter, Laura, had to have Mac and Cheese. I make it from scratch as well with as many diet friendly ingredients as possible.

All together dinner was :Fat=32, Carbs=53, Protien=82, cals=878

That included two helpings of beans and 1 1/2 pork chops, oh and one deviled egg.

I hope everyone else had a nice valentines day dinner like we did.
