Im a wife, mother to three, grandmother to six and a great grandmother to two. I've been battling weight gains since 1995. I have problems with food any way, I can be starving and if the food doesn't look good I will not eat it. The protein powder drinks made me physically ill for the first few days. Always in the past if I needed to lose weight I just stopped eating and lived on lettuce and juices or coffee. I lost 50 lbs. in a month when I was working and on my feet running all day. Can't do that now and that's not a healthy way to lose pounds.
My husband has Alzheimers and balance problems so my time is spent with him as he can't be left alone. This is a problem for me to get out and walk except in my own yard. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!
