I lost a few more ounces. My scale shows ounces as well not just only pounds, which I like. I am slowing a bit down with my weight loss. That is normal in Phase 2. As long as I loose and not gain I am o.k. with it.
I have been real tired lately, not from working just tired exhauset tired.
I have been at the doctors already and they been doing some tests, so just have to wait for the results.
Due to illness can not excercise much either just do what I can.

Here we are again starting another week on the Beach. Been doing well over the weekend. Had some testing done on Friday and the Pills I take before hand will knock me out for 2 days.........so I was save Saturday since I slept it away. LOL..... I believe since my husband and I are doing it together it does help a lot we can support each other. Plus all the children are out the house as well. That makes it easier. I still need to work on drinking more water. Its not the fluid intake, just the water. Thank goodness I don't drink soda's etc.

Ich hoffe das ich dieses Wochenende zum einkaufen komme wenn nicht dann halt am Montag. Es schneit gerade und weiss nicht wie viel Schnee wir bekommen. Ich bin an der Atkins und South Beach diet.
