My first day using fatSecret! I've been actively doing strong with my workout and diet Since January 28, 2010. I do cardio 3 times a week and work with a weight trainer 2 times a week...I'm hoping this will help me stay on track with acheiving my goals by July!!!
3: 48pm: I am at work bored! I snack when I am bored! Good think that the items I have a work to snack on are all good for me! I need to get outta here quick. Today has been a drag...I woke up late and that started it all off. I feel bloated!!! I dont know if im actually bloated or if the pants I found to wear today are just to small!?!? hmmmmmm
8:58pm: Didnt go to the gym today but I did P90x ab ripper for the first time and did really good. I also did a 10 min core workout with a 2lb medicine ball!!!
