I just had a fantastic weekend with my brother and all of our friends, but tailgating and partying on the constant is a no go for the diet. i don't want to weight in....and I'm sick which calls for even more bloat and weight baring down on my body. oh college.

I am a serious chocoholic and it has been the devil in my life. I gave it up for lent this past Easter season while I was helping my brother train for a triathlon and it left me with Great results! I only lasted 4 weeks of lent though. I know it would be best to just limit my chocolate intake instead of eliminating it completely but I kind of feel it's an all or nothing deal because I'm tired of being heavy. I just want to go back to my training body.
My Goal of the Week: To get the nutrients I need from the delicious (mostly) non-processed foods so that I can get my butt back into the gym EVERYDAY! it starts today.
