Doing pretty good. Sticking to my exercise program. Doing cardio three times a week, isn't to hard. Youtube is wonderful. So many different work outs to choose from. Stretching everyday makes my body feel so much better. Watching what I eat, drinking more water. Do all this for the rest of my life, not just to lose the weight. Hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday. :)

Ok, back on track. Dr. told me I am pre-diabetic. I am not going there, so I will fix myself. Been slacking off for way to long. Started an exercise program, quit drinking, cutting back on sugar. It feels good to be in control, and know that I do have the power to be healthy.

Haven't been doing well all year. Going thru the motions of life. In my head, everyday, I tell myself I will get back on track, but I don't. I really do need to do this. Why should I make life hard for myself? Why should I keep the weight on, and add more, when I know it's not good for me? I do have the power, I know I do. I need to dig deep, find it, and hang on to it. Let's see where it takes me.
