I am a 68 year old male that had a severe gain in weight due to the medications I am taking. The medication also makes it hard for me to do simple things like bathing. I am lucky enough to have a wife that pushes me to do those things in which I would otherwise not do. I am simply tired of being morbidly obese. I think my mind is in agreement with me that it is time to take on the weight problem as one does alcoholism.
