I'm getting the dieting blues. I've been cutting calories and working my butt off in the gym, I'm losing weight, but I'm kinda sick of it already. I'm down 6 pounds (woo) I have another 35? to go, yet I just have no motivation to do it. For the past 3 nights in a row I've eating the majority of my daily calories after 6ish pm. After we eat dinner and getting settled into the living room to watch tv for the night or do whatever we have on our plates for the evening, I lose all motivation and mess up everything I worked so hard at for the day. Tonight actually I got on the Elliptical after dinner but still consumed more than 400 calories between showering and going to bed. I'm not sure what the problem is? I'm never hungry in the evening, well not hungry enough to eat 400 calories, I haven't been denying myself any food at all. If I want it, I eat it, I eat smaller portions of the food I love. I'm not sure what to think of the situation at hand. I'm ready to lose this weight, this is the hardest I've ever worked in the gym or at cutting calories, I just don't understand why at night I get on this destructive path of eating everything and anything. Tonight for example, I had leftover pasta in the fridge, the entire thing has 500 calories in it. There was only 3/4 left, I ate half of it, and added EXTRA cheese to it and ate all of it, for no reason what so ever, then I made BROWNIES! Why on earth would i eat pasta and then brownies when I'm going to bed in idk 30 minutes? I'm going crazy and just don't know what to do.
