I'm not sure what I weigh, but I've been exercising every day for a week (minus today and Sunday.) My size 10 skirt slid down today when I put it on, so I know I've lost a some. I've also been trying to watch my food intake, and drink lots of water.

Got up late. Ate Frosted Shredded Wheat cereal with fresh peach chunks, and drank an 8oz glass of water. Then I walked on the treadmill for about 20min. Feeling good so far.

I haven't exercised for weeks, but am trying to eat healthy, and drink lots of water. I haven't weighed myself in a long time either. With God's help, I'll conquer this weight problem.
