I let my cravings of junk get the better of me. I'll not be dis-heartened however, it's made me more determined to become stricter with my pig outs and instead allow myself to have a sin a day rather than a massive weekend binge.

04/02 - I failed my driving test for the 3rd time today so I decided to have a cheat day to cheer myself up. I don't feel guilty but my body felt awful afterwards. I felt tired and even took myself to bed for a nap. I can tell that processed foods are definitely a 'no go' for my body. They're high in unwanted calories, sugars, salts and saturated fats. I'm going to stick to raw veggies and fresh fruit and cook sauces, soups and meals from scratch. If I'm feeling down I need to channel my emotions else where and not to comfort eat 'junk food'.
