Another bad day. I was busy all day and grabbed a banana and a cup of coffee for breakfast. Didn't eat again until tonight. I had a handful of nuts, a 300 calorie Lean Cuisine and a slice of watermelon. Not good for the metabolism.
I usually do better during the week when I'm at work and my routine is better. I'm probably one of the few people in the world to actually look forward to Mondays. My weekends are just too unstructured.

Good day today without even trying. Actually, it was a busy day and I didn't have much time to eat. Ending up only having half a turkey and cheese sandwich (no mayo) for lunch and IHOP's "Light and Fit" 400 calorie pancake, turkey bacon and Egg Beaters for dinner. That plus two cups of coffee and a glass of OJ made up my calorie content for the day.
Thus is my chief problem - it seems I can do under a thousand, or over two thousand calories a day. I can't seem to find a happy median...
