Today is the 17th day of starting my healthy eating for a lifetime. I have lost a total of 8 pounds and I am estatic. Already I am feeling better physically and mentally. I can not wait until December to see how much weight that I have lost. And then to continue on to reach my ideal weight which is aroung 130-140. Which would be a total of 130 pounds.

Have been eating haealty for about two weeks. I did not do right on about 2 days, but I am back on track. So far I think that I have lost about 3 pounds. I am feeling better and can even move more freely. I just need to start adding exercise to it and I am trying to find the right one. But I am feeling good about myself, and I keep seeing myself at a lower weight and healtheir!!!!!!!
