I am 35 years old and live in Cumbria UK. I am still trying to lose the weight I put on whilst pregnant. I put on 4 1/2 stone, and have already lost 2st last year but I am finding it hard to focus on a diet. The worst thing is I was alreay and 1 1/5 stone over weight before I got pregnant.
Looking forward to being slim!!! (ish)
Just noticed my target weight is 120 lbs. I am 5ft10in tall, I have worked the pounds out wrong opps... 168lbs will do for me (hope i've got it right now.
