I've been on a lifestyle change journey that has resulted in some fairly significant weight loss (about 70 lbs. over the last 10 months). For the last two months, however, I've plateaued. I lost that weight without really keeping track of what I was doing (no calorie counting or anything like that), so I'm hoping being more mindful of what I'm doing/eating/etc. will help me continue to lose pounds/inches. I don't really have a "weight loss goal" - I'm more interested in getting to my size goal (US14). When I started, I was a US24. Currently I'm a US18.
