Today I'm renewing my efforts to get in shape and get healthy. I've always been really thin, but this semester I finally went from 110lbs to 120lb. While some of that weight was gained by building muscle, right now I'm not thrilled with my body composition. I want to continue gaining weight and see if I can reach 135, but I want to do it in a healthy way by gaining muscle and eating properly, rather than just piling on the cookies and ice cream.
