Okay so I am going to try this again, summer got too busy. But now is the time to get fit. I have made some personal goals for myself such as dancing in my daughter's dance recital, so I must get fit. I also have been 4 months without smoking! What an accomplishment!!! Okay so away we go on my journey! I need lots of encouragement too!

So I tried ZUMBA tonight, what a workout!!!!! Been crazy busy..School will be out tomorrow, so maybe we can find some normalcy in our house..Will get to the gym tomorrow again for some weight training...I also ate better today than I did yesterday!!!

Okay so this is my first journal entry....My legs are soooo sore from today's workout at the gym...Pushing around a 120 lb tire definitely is major work....Busy days ahead tomorrow with two girls end of the school year parties!!!!
