I did pretty well yesterday. I forgot to take the pellets at dinner, but I didn't feel hungry later so I guess it was okay. I ate some left over honey baked ham for lunch because it was all I had at the house. I will have to go shopping to pick up food that are on the diet.

Okay here we go again. I'm going to try HCG homeopathic pellets. I've done the shots and I have been successful with them. Now I'm trying the pellets, primarily because it is less expensive and I don't have to get a prescription from a doctor.
Today was day 1 of the 500 calorie diet. I chose not do the 2 loading days. I've been eating like I'm loading all week.

I feel more in control today. I got up and exercised this morning. I'm trying really hard not to get discouraged about the slow weight loss. I know that I'm doing everything that I can. That is all I can do.

Had a rough night last night. I received some disturbing news. I made brownies. I ate 1 BIG one. Oh well ... it could have been worse. I could have had ice cream in the house. Anyway, I feel more in control today. Hopefully, I will choose more appropriate ways of handling stress.
